Legislative Advocacy & Government Affairs

UTIA serves as the leading advocate for Utah's tourism industry at the state and federal levels. For more than four decades, UTIA has led efforts to establish, protect, and grow tourism funding, including the Tourism Marketing Performance Fund (TMPF).

Tourism Works® Political Action Committee (PAC)

The Tourism Works® PAC is Utah's dedicated tourism industry political action committee. Through voluntary participation and support, the PAC helps advance pro-tourism policies by supporting candidates and elected officials who understand the importance of tourism, hospitality, recreation, and travel to Utah's economy.

Tourism Day on the Hill

Receive discounted registration to Utah's premier tourism advocacy event. Tourism Day on the Hill connects industry professionals directly with legislators and state leaders, providing an opportunity to showcase tourism's economic impact and discuss issues affecting the visitor economy.

Utah Tourism Conference
